Parent Portal is available to update your student's 2019 Emergency Contact Update & Required Student Waiver Forms. As a reminder, every family must review and update their child's information, even if there are no changes.

By now, you should have set up a Parent Portal Account. You will need an account to update your child's Emergency Contact Update & Required Student Waivers. You will need to have an account to update the information. If you do not have an account please go to the WPUSD website at http://www.wpusd.org/Parent-Resources/PowerSchool-Parent-Portal/index.html. You will also need your child's Access ID and Password. Please contact your student’s school on Monday August 5th when they open to get your child's Access ID and Password If you are having issues signing up for an account, please contact the Technology Dept at (916) 434-3737 or email ParentPortalHelp@wpusd.org for assistance.

You will also need your child's Access ID and Password. Please contact the district office at 916.645.6350 during summer business hours (10 am to 2 pm) and get your child's Access ID and Password.

***Please note that failure to update your child’s emergency information and electronically sign the Student Waiver Forms may restrict them from participation in extracurricular activities, class field trips and use of technology during non-class time.***

Access to update your Emergency Contact and required Student Waivers will close on August 16, 2019 at 5pm.

Have you set up your Parent Portal Account yet?

Please make sure to set it up before school ends! SCHOOLS WILL BE CLOSED AFTER JUNE 14, 2019. If you need assistance after that date please contact the WPUSD District Office at 916-645-6350.

By creating a Parent Portal account, you will have online access to your child’s current schedule, attendance and grades. As of spring 2019, the Parent Portal will be the only place to access your child’s SBAC test scores. During the summer, you will be able to update your child’s emergency contact and health information for the upcoming 2019/20 school year. You will also be able to electronically sign your child’s 2019/20 Technology Use Agreement, Student Health Insurance option, and Photo Release Forms.

Please be aware that failure to update this important information by the deadline may restrict your student's access to extra curricular events, field trips and non-classroom computer use.

**Emergency Contact information MUST be reviewed and you MUST click SUBMIT to update your student's information even if you do not have any changes.

8/13/2018:
Parent Portal is now available to access your student's attendance information and to also update Returning Student Registration (Emergency Card) information. You can sign up for an account with the information you should have received in the mail.

2/6/2017:
You will only be able to check your student's attendance on this portal. For grades please check Schoology. Schoology can be accessed by going to https://www.schoology.com.
